The most difficult part of growing any kind information or internet marketing business is getting all the work done. There is no lack of great ideas, systems, and products available. The site is set up to teach your new found employees (NOT YOU) how to do their job. The training is aimed at helping them to do the tasks required in your business. This allows you to do whatever it is that you do best. Replace Myself is based on a monthly membership fee that provide you with a new module(s) for every month you pay your membership fee. You do not have to wait for each new month to gain access to your next module if you don’t want to. The site is set up to allow you to pay in advance and choose whichever module you want from a list of future modules. Theoretically, you could pay in advance for every module you wanted and cancel your membership after you have received them.
The quality of the training is pretty good. When going over it you cannot judge it by what you know, you must judge it by how someone who may not have all the knowledge will be able to use it. As information marketers we have a ton of information in our heads but not enough time to do all the work. Having a set of instructions for employees to follow is a valuable asset for any one of us. If you have specifics that you want to include then go ahead and add them.
Another feature of the membership is that list of pre-approved employees that include a resume, portfolio and skill set evaluation. The price that each employee wants for their skills is listed so that you know up front how much this will cost. It can range from $120 – $500 per month. What it boils down to is, consider how long would it take you to create you own training material or pay someone to create it for you. This is a no brainer. All in all, this site is worth the price of admission and you will learn more than you ever knew about creating a self supporting, automated, business that you no longer have to work for but rather you manage instead.

I think there are a lot of negative connotation with outsourcing. Many people just see it as something that takes job away from people. Some services can be outsourced and actually create jobs and make other companies operate more efficiently.
There is nothng wrong with outsourcing, just as you say Anthony. Virtual employees gain more ground in today labor force.
