May I add...

After having designed your squeeze page, you might think this is the best you can do. Please, make sure you keep an eye on your stats and conversion rate: sometimes, your incredibly gorgeous squeeze page is just not working the way it should be - so be prepared to update it.

I really like your focus on KISS; I couldn't agree more.

My personal pet peeve is arriving on a squeeze page and being buried by a sea of sales copy. I suppose that if so many use this approach, it must yield results. However it is a tremendous turn-off to me.

From my perspective, a simple, straight-forward approach with the appropriate use of graphics, a clear benefit statement and more information towards the lower half of the page is at least enough to pique my interest. Lastly, some form of modest premium (an example of your suggestion to compel them to subscribe) often gets me to jump.

Thanks.

Hi.

You make a valid point with your squeeze page tips, notably when explaining you need to show your website users they have an issue and that only you can solve it.

I would also like to highlight the consistency factor - we have often see squeeze pages not looking at all like the rest of the website or the banner it was advertised on.

Finally, I would also advise to remove as much navigation as possible. You need to funnel your prospects to the form and make them sign up.
