5. Sales
You can’t sell products without a payment processor. Most people use Paypal, but there are other options as well like Google Checkout. Yeah, your 7 steps definitely uses the KISS method, which is good.
I would suggest giving some serious thought to how the content will be produced; frankly you need to have a product of some quality to sell before going through many of the steps you suggest. Regardless, I understand that developing a solid business structure is equally as critical, but one needs a good product (and hopefully plenty of it) to sell.
I agree 100% with you Rick. A lot of people try to handle things in large amounts, and end up skipping steps along the way or becoming overwhelmed. Good 7 step strategy!
