Another way is to create a Powerpoint presentation for each chapter, doing a voice over for the material itself. If you don’t like the sound of your own voice, you can hire a pro to do it for you.
Finally, you can take the whole thing and turn it into a physical product. This is actually a simple process. All you need to do is send the PDF, MP3s and videos to a place like Kunaki and they will put everything on CD or DVD for you, whichever you prefer. This not only adds value to the product but makes it so that you can sell it for a lot more than you could if it was only available as a digital download.
