Hi Rick, I spent a lot of money on outsourcing fairly recently and not much gain from it at all. Nevertheless, not to say it will not work for others but certainly not the way to go for everyone. Thanks for your thoughts here though.

The thing is, whatever it was you outsourced left you time to do something else, theoretically what you do best. Every time you are able to efficiently and economically outsource part of your workload then you allow yourself the time to do what you do best. When that happens you will certainly move towards your goal faster.
